At River Valley Survival, we stand behind every piece of gear we make. Our products are built to perform — plain and simple.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only. To start a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. Once inspected, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Lifetime Warranty

All River Valley Survival–made products are backed by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If it fails because of something we did wrong — we’ll replace it. No fine print.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications, and does not apply to accessories or perishable attachments such as:

• Slingshot bands

• Saw blades

• Lanyards

• Tinder materials

• Other consumable parts
